Customize It! - How to customize Hayward Gear Products
|
There are 2 groups of customizing options:
Apparel items and Accessories
For all custom apparel items there will be a one-time set-up fee to conform the artwork of your logo into an embroidery tape or silk screen. Once we have your art work - you will be able to re-order any of the items that have embroidery or silk screen locations without a set-up charge.
Look for the question Do we have your artwork? If you say no, proceed to upload it - if you say YES, we will refer to the artwork you used in the past.
For Accessory Items - there are minimum orders and there is always a set-up fee when ordering. The set-up fees are included in the price. If it's the same logo or artwork you've used for apparel, we'll also use if for the accessory items. Just answer the question, Is your artwork on file? If you say no; proceed to upload artwork.
Here's how to customize apparel:
- Choose the items
- Identify the quantity and sizes
- Add items to the shopping basket.

STEP 1: Customize It!
'Note - you have to re-enter the quantities for each size; the volume pricing is in place for the same style in different sizes or colors as it applies.
- Once the items are added to your basket, click on the 'Customize It!' button.

STEP 2: Your Information
- Once you've chosen to customize your apparel, you will be directed to either the Silkscreen page or the Embroidery page (depending on which apparel item you choose). Each page will ask you to:
- Add a set-up charge to your shopping basket if this is your first customized order. A one-time set-up charge is required on all first-time custom orders. A $30.00 set-up charge will apply for one color silkscreen orders, and a $75.00 set-up charge will apply to embroidery orders.
- Provide important information about yourself such as Dealer Name, Contact Name, Phone Number, Email Address, etc. This information is used for ordering purposes only. (See our Privacy Policy)
- Upload your artwork. Details are provided regarding file type and size specifications for your artwork to be used. If you do not have any artwork, our in-house designers will be happy to work with you to create a customized logo that will fit your needs.

STEP 3: Confirmation
- After completing steps 1 through 2, one of our representatives at Hayward Gear will be in touch with you via phone or email to confirm your order and answer any questions you may have.
